Traditional design style that blends with most homes built in the late 1900's. Shown with cement plaster siding, a single fascia and tile roofing. The PRADU program plans allow for all of these materials to be changed to other materials to match the adjacent home.

Barn Modern design style that blends with most contemporary homes. Shown with board & batt wood siding, a double fascia with exposed rafter tails and standing seam metal roofing. The Exterior B plan features sloped ceilings, transom windows and a storage loft.

Coastal Craftsmen design style that blends with most homes with a coastal or maritime style. Shown with lap wood siding, a double fascia and asphalt shingle roofing. The Exterior C plan features four gable design with sloped ceilings, transom windows and a storage loft.

1 Bedroom unit plan. It features a great room, nook, galley kitchen, separate bedroom with closet, bath with separate tub/shower room and a stackable laundry closet. The shape of the unit fits well in long thin side and rear yards.

1 Bedroom Exterior A

Traditional design style that blends with most homes built in the late 1900's. Shown with cement plaster siding, a single fascia and tile roofing. The PRADU program plans allow for all of these materials to be changed to other materials to match the adjacent home.

1 Bedroom Exterior B

Barn Modern design style that blends with most contemporary homes. Shown with a combination of stone and board & batt wood siding, a double fascia with exposed rafter tails and asphalt shingle roofing. The Exterior B plan features a thickened wall with stone that allows for a center gable roof.

Coastal Craftsmen design style that blends with most homes with a coastal or maritime style. Shown with lap wood siding, a double fascia and asphalt shingle roofing. The Exterior C plan features a gable entry roof, sloped ceilings and transom windows.

2 Bedroom PRADU

2 Bedroom unit plan. It features a great room, kitchen with island, 2 bedrooms with closets, 2 separate baths and a laundry closet. This unit works well for semi-abled or disabled occupants with it's wide doors, seated height appliances and large rooms.
