Traditional design style that blends with most homes built in the late 1900's. Shown with cement plaster siding, a single fascia and tile roofing. The PRADU program plans allow for all of these materials to be changed to other materials to match the adjacent home.

1 Bedroom plan. It features a great room, kitchen, separate bedroom with closet, bath with storage and a stackable laundry closet. The shape of the unit fits well in long thin side and rear yards.

2 Bedroom plan. It features a great room, kitchen with island, 2 bedrooms with closets, 2 separate baths and a laundry closet. This unit works well for semi-abled or disabled occupants with it's wide doors, seated height appliances and large rooms.
