Taylor ADU
One-story studio accessory dwelling unit. The ADU is placed in the elevated rear yard of a well designed two story Spanish style single family residence. The existing exterior palette of materials and shapes was used to create a homogeneous exterior aesthetic for the ADU. It features a great room, linear kitchen, dining area, sitting room, bath with laundry and a loft. The tall walls, sloped ceilings and open loft railings give the studio a spacious feeling beyond the size of the structure.
